Rates

We currently offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail shipping options to the US and Canada. Due to the current fluctuations in domestic and international shipping rates, we cannot guarantee shipping to be capped at any particular rate; however we do our best to offer services which offer alternative trade-offs in price and speed of delivery. We will never inflate our shipping rates to pad profits.

Shipping is quoted on your invoice. Tell us in your order email if you'd prefer Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

How your order ships

When you email us an order, we reply with an invoice for your grips and shipping. Once the invoice is paid, your order ships from Minneapolis within a few business days, and we'll email you when it's on its way.

If you haven't heard from us within a few business days of paying, follow up with us at support@gridgrips.com.

International orders

Currently we only offer shipping to the US & Canada. We intend to expand global sales as soon as possible. We apologize for any difficulties this may pose in the meantime.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to support@gridgrips.com and we'll take it from there — see our Returns policy.
